An account is deemed inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. filbet.com may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts, not exceeding ₱200 per month, after providing written notice to the registered email address. Dormant account balances remain the Player's property and will not be forfeited after the inactivity period.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by filbet.com are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. Promotions are available to verified Philippine residents aged 21 and above unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. filbet.com reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion, including Players whose wagering patterns suggest professional gambling, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without further notice.
A bet is valid when it has been confirmed and accepted by the filbet.com system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical fault that prevents a bet from being processed, filbet.com will either void the bet and return the stake, or honour the bet at the displayed odds — at its discretion, according to the circumstances.
Maximum single-event payout on sports betting at filbet.com is ₱5,000,000 unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing by filbet.com management. Slot game maximum win payouts are governed by the game's published RTP and maximum win specifications.
filbet.com reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that contain an obvious error — for example, a manifest pricing error. Obvious errors are determined at filbet.com's reasonable discretion. In such cases, stakes are returned in full. Exploitation of obvious pricing errors is considered a prohibited activity under Section 8.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, filbet.com's server-side logs constitute the definitive record of game state at the time of disconnection. Outcomes determined by the game server prior to disconnection stand as final. filbet.com is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection instability.

filbet.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
filbet.com is not liable for losses arising from: force majeure events; failures of third-party payment processors (including GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO); internet connectivity issues on the Player's end; or scheduled and unscheduled platform maintenance.
filbet.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its reasonable discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon legitimate account closure where no breach has occurred, any remaining verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to AML checks. Bonus Funds are not returned on account closure.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of filbet.com, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through filbet.com's internal complaint resolution process. Complaints must be submitted to filbet.com support in writing, with full details of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under applicable PAGCOR regulations. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
Any legal proceedings not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which is the location of PAGCOR's principal office.
